August-September: Site preparation works, remove existing infrastructure and install power / lighting
Late August-October: Install new drainage system
October-December: Install new deck, limestone walls, new concrete asphalt pavement, and landscaping.

FORESHORE
August-September: Site preparation works, remove existing infrastructure, irrigation works and install power / lighting.
13 September: Dying Norfolk Island Pine to be removed from foreshore
October-December: Install retaining walls, new footpaths and furniture, complete landscaping.
